How long have you been in Coos County?
I have been in the county since 2021.
What do you enjoy most about Coos County?
I enjoy how easy it is to get outside in beautiful places.
How long have you been involved with the District?
Technically since early summer of 2023, but I’ve had an official job here since early 2024.
Why are you vested in the District?
I strongly believe in conservation and land management, and helping landowners reach their goals is satisfying!

I graduated from White Mountains Community College with a 2-year Environmental Science Degree.
What is your area of expertise?
I specialize in invasive plant management outreach, meaning I find interested landowners with invasive plants and coordinate the treatments.
Employment background? Volunteer work?
I have been doing this kind of work since I graduated college, mostly by maintaining good relationships with the people that have helped me!
What are you currently up to?
I recently did some soil sampling for the first time and am currently working on finishing up updating invasives data.
What do you bring to the District?
I bring a clear head and the motivation to get things done.
What do you think is the future of conservation in our county and in our state?
I think that with as many complex challenges that we face, we will adapt and remain resilient.
